At Ksisters, we want you to be completely satisfied with your K-beauty journey. If a product doesn't meet your expectations, you can return unopened and unused items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Contact our customer care team via email with your order number and the reason for the return to receive a Return Authorization form.

  Pack with Care

  Ensure the products are in their original, unopened packaging and place them securely in a shipping box to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided return label or use your preferred tracked courier service to send the items back to our central warehouse.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
